BOM change:

FPT Capital would like to announce the resignation from the Board of Management of Mr Nguyen Thanh Nam and Mr Truong Dinh Anh; and the appointment of Mr Bui Quang Ngoc as a Board member, effective as from 11 June 2008. FPT Capital's General Shareholders' Meeting approved such changes in a meeting held in June 2008 in Hanoi. Mr Bui Quang Ngoc was also elected Chairman of the Board of Management of the Company
